I wasn't offered/given table water, but when I looked around everyone else had some (was even given to someone waiting for takeaway). Then I saw they tried to deliver my sammy to a handsome young woman who arrived 15 minutes after I did. Daggy customers matter ”

“ Attended the inaugural Jazz night tonight to listen to some up and coming local jazz musicians. I indulged in a tasty negroni accompanied by oysters and mushroom croquettes followed by a filled pasta dish. The food was tasty and of a good quality. The service was quite fast considering the full house and their first evening jazz dinner crowd. Food was reasonably priced as were the drinks. ”
“ Super laidback cafe with a delicious sandwich menu! We came in around 9.30am on a Sunday morning and half the tables were taken, and a steady flow of walk-in coffee orders. Parking was plentiful in the carpark and on the street. The employees were friendly and professional, the vibes were cosy and casual, there was a decent selection of drinks and counter food like almond croissants as well as a solid food menu too. We ordered the prosciutto panini which was big enough to share between 2 (delicious by the way, perhaps a little heavy with the olive oil though), and a coconut water from the fridge. The pool table was a fun addition and they’re dog friendly too which is always handy. Would recommend dropping in for a cheeky bread treat ”
